When I called to try to cancel my application I was transferred to a department that never picked up. Had to call back again and the person I had initially spoke with suddenly had the ability to look into my situation. Brushed me off and said someone would be in contact. 3 days passed and I still had to reach out to them. I withdrew my application, they tried to tell me my credit has already been pulled like that would change my mind. Biggest mistake applying with TDECU.
