Amy was on top of our mortgage the whole step of the way considering the very short window of time before closing (transferred loan application from competitor to LegacyTexas last minute). She continually engaged us and ensured we understood all documents that were being signing (first time homeowner). Further, she provided sound financial advice about our mortgage and great local recommendations (e.g. security company, restaurants), which made us feel like more than just a client.
