- CTCarrie TellezJun 12, 20252.0This location . 1st no drive thru , 2nd only one teller while 3 women sit behind a desk . Waited in line for 10 minutes before I said anything . As this one teller is working with one customer and a line is growing . Not one of the other three women gave eye contact or tried to help the one teller . I finally asked is there not another teller ? Finally the lady behind the reception desk makes a comment gets up to open the other teller drawer . As I’m walking out one of the manger ladies finally gets up to open the door to retrieve some kind furniture or machinery . Never acknowledging a customer . That’s sad… I think I’ll stick to the Haltom branch where I feel like a customer and can go in and out in a minute .
