  Such a rude, hateful and unforgiving company!! My wife and her family and recently me, have been long time customers of this bank. Their online banking system is awful. You can’t keep track of what’s coming out of your bank and when because they always list it in a random order. Secondly, we have rarely ever had an overdraft fee with them, recently because of an issue with my payroll, we have accumulated a few. Where most bank would be willing to work with you and maybe drop one or two of the fees, I wouldn’t even expect them to drop all, not Guaranty, they said nope, you have the ability to change this. I totally accept that the fault is on our end, I won’t even try to deny that, but really?? Are you so cheap that customer service means nothing to you? Or, are you in such bad financial trouble that you can’t live without $29 or even $15? What a joke, I can’t wait to get to the point where we can switch banks. Good luck to anyone who plans to stay with them long term.

  The security guard is SO rude. I paid for parking and came for an appointment. I was still GRILLED in a very mean manner about why I was there and had to prove that I had an appointment.

  I love the team at the downtown Guaranty location. They are always warm and welcoming, and very helpful! If you are looking for a new banking resource, you should definitely contact them, especially if you work downtown!

  I have been a bank client for a long time. This is only the 2rd bank I have had in my professional career. I can not say enough about the service, professionalism and product offerings of this bank.. I have both personal and commercial accounts with Guaranty. The service, staff and products are second to none in the North Texas market. The staff that Casey Tibbetts, the market president, has assembled are some of the finest bankers I have ever worked with. The staff is friendly, polite, professional and always willing to do whatever it takes to address a client need. There are many banks to choose from. Don't fiddle around-- Go to Guaranty Bank and Trust here in Fort Worth. You will be satisfied and delighted beyond your best expectations.
