This location is the best. Everyone there is nice and greets us everytime. Nick C. is our favorite banker! He has assisted us many times over the phone or in person and I love how he always acknowledges our children. He is an absolute gem! Never let him go! :)

If you want to feel like a valued customer, not just a number, bank here. They are always so helpful and appear to really know their customers.

This location is fine, but it's the company.... Fees fees fees!!! I mean I don't know what the deal is with all the fees, its not like we are getting any usable technology or rockin service! Worse than the big boys. If you need cash, get ready to pay a fee! They used to have atms conveniently in most krogers which was nice, when that contract ended this bank started sucking! You would think they would waive fees if they have no atms, think again. They tell me to set up a $5/mo auto transfer to my savings... That will stop the fees... Wrong still getting them...I have direct deposit on my checking once a month... Ha, I get fees on my checking account. Oh you live in one of those cities that shares a zip code with a neighboring city good luck your card will get declined multiple embarrassing times. The technology is archaic... The app/website looks like a 4 yr old designed it back in the 90's, and the statements look like them have a grandma in the back office typing them on a typewriter monthly. Overall...If you're looking for a bank keep looking!
