Their system feels outdated, like it’s stuck in the early 2000s, and they’re constantly “doing updates” that somehow make everything even slower. On top of that, their customer service over the phone is terrible — long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and no real solutions. I’ve never had a banking experience this frustrating in my life.
