Their system feels outdated, like it’s stuck in the early 2000s, and they’re constantly “doing updates” that somehow make everything even slower. On top of that, their customer service over the phone is terrible — long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and no real solutions. I’ve never had a banking experience this frustrating in my life.

I wanted a bank where people knew who I was, my business was and valued that I was there. I wanted a bank that took ownership in me and my business and would go to bat to help when I needed it. ANB has proven time and time again they are it. I am constantly WOW'd by their service, professionalism, respect and loyalty to me and my business. They are definitely a partner in our success at Lone Star Bavarian. If you are looking for a bank that truly cares and is on your team, American National Bank is it. If you are looking a bank that only want's your money.....try Frost National Bank....I was with them for 10 years also.

Recently we needed some old records other documents.Kurt and his staff jumped right on it. The was no one saying E-Mail me with want you and weevil see what we can do. No, Kurt said he would get right on it and by the time I dove to the bank they had hard copies on what I needed. His staff was great. They all pitched in and helped. When other answered were needed either and one of his ladies helped me immediately.It is so nice to put up to the drive through go into the lobby and everyone knows me. We moved to another side of town but the folks American National are so good and so nice, it is worth the drive.
