- CCCourtney CollierSep 8, 20251.0I’ve banked here for 20 years and I am finally at my wits end dealing with this awful bank. I would have left sooner but the hassle of moving multiple business accounts has kept me from doing so. Their card machines were down for 2 weeks while I was without an active debit card for one of my businesses. Leaving me with no way to make any purchases and severely hurting my business and order flow. Once finally getting a new card and getting all information updated with the new card - they cancel and close the new card. Customer service can’t give me a reason why my card was closed. No warning, and no effort to contact me to let me know this card was being closed. My business transactions all get declined and held up AGAIN until I’m able to go into a location after a holiday weekend. Absolutely no reason can be determined and they print a new card for me that I again have to update on all of my services for my business. On top of this, I’m unable to access any past statements for any of the multiple accounts I have with them, and their website has minimal functionality. I will never be banking here again. Friends and family that bank with them have had similar complaints. Customer service is nearly non-existent. Good luck contacting them because not one time have I ever gotten someone to answer the phone.
- OOOveRMinDNov 2, 20221.0No online bill pay for loans. So I went to the location to pay directly. They won't take anything but cash or check...no debit cards or transfers. I haven't had a check book in 20 years. And I don't carry thousands of dollars in cash on me. This place, their web presence, etc are stuck in the 90s. Only account I have that is this archaic. Guess I'll setup an electronic check through my bank for now, but I will be moving this loan to another bank ASAP. Get with the times, ANBTX.
