The second teller told me it would be just a minute and continued to train the staff. After waiting 10 minutes, the first teller finished with their customer and motioned to me to come over. By then two or three other people were behind me in line. Since when do customers wait for a teller to train a new person instead of taking care of customers? The teller that helped me (Dakota) did a good job. The other teller needs to learn customer service skills.

I thought it was bad when the drive thru opened at 9:00 am but now 9:30 to 4:00, really! Even restaurants set up a drive thru to accommodate customers longer hours than that.
