- JDJohn DumlaoJun 6, 20201.0Teller was rude and informed me that I cannot make a withdrawal without a debit card. All other Wells Fargo locations allow me make a withdrawal with two forms of ID and no debit card. She goes on to tell me that it is Wells Fargo policy and tells me to leave. I called Customer Service and they informed me that policy she told me doesn’t exist. I went to a different location and the transaction went smoothly. This just left a bitter taste in my mouth. She was probably having a bad day, but please don’t take it out on your customers. This happened on 6-5-2020 @ 11am. Can’t remember her name, she was of Indian descent. Please train your employees on your policies and basic customer service.

- KIKevin InmanJun 2, 20185.0Honestly the bank is nice and a decent size but I only went inside once briefly. The drive thru is faster and easier at this location than any other bank I go to. It’s very odd but I still rate it 5 stars and have positives things to say about this particular branch and it’s convenient location.
