Have had issues with paying car payments the entire time we've had our loan and now that we're down to the last two payments they're refusing to take those payments over the phone and forcing us to pay online. They're ridiculously unhelpful every chance they get.

It is a hassle to get into the area sometimes from across the street. When I enter the bank, I am usually greeted by the teller. I liked the small town feeling I get in the bank. I have used notary services, money transfer service to my military credit union, ATM service, outdoor drive up services, and just regular banking issues. Most, if not all of my interactions were great customer service. 2020: 5⭐: I came by here and went inside to speak to a representative about membership. I grabbed an information pamphlet while I was there. I went back later with my spouse to open up an account. I hadn't opened an account with a bank since I was significantly younger and I was held up opening this one several days because I have my credit files frozen for my financial safety. The bank representative called to get access to my credit files to open the checking and the savings accounts. I have used this location on several occasions to get ATM cash quickly and without being a long line.
