On 09/08 I deposited $510 and the ATM ate my money and I had to have it manually credited to my account. Today, 09/19, I go to deposit more cash and one ATM is offline/out of order and the other tells me 3 different times it’s not able to process or even start this transaction. Don’t get me wrong I think ATM’s are convenient, but why in the world would any bank get rid of ALL tellers and not have anyone there to help when problems like this arise.
Not to mentioned about a year ago at the City Base location, the ATM ate my card and I was told the ATM is now locked up, I couldn’t get it back, and I’d have to order and wait for a new one.
I really like RBFCU and always have bragged on it but these 3 negative experiences with these ATM’s it’s really making me consider switching.

Absolutely ridiculous. Removing the tellers, no bank should ever operate without drive through tellers. A bank with three atms at it is hilarious. I'll tell you what I'll never bank with you ever again.

I had gone into the branch to save time from driving into San Antonio to my other credit union. I had a bit of rolled change I needed to deposit. When I asked to deposit it, I was told that this branch would not take rolled change at the teller station. They explained that in order to do any transaction with change, I would have to use their coin machine and get charged 5%. Whether I deposit or exchange it, they would not help at the teller station. When I walked away, the 2 tellers laughed at my surprised reaction. I had plans to sit with a banker, but with the tellers laughing at my disappointment and then the idea of being charged to deposit my money, I left. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here at rbfcu in floresville. I've been a member of this credit union since childhood, but this experience is a reminder of why I use other credit unions instead. I made the drive to the other credit union and had no issues with my deposit. They certainly didn't charge me a fee to deposit money into my own account.

Does not except Legal Government issued Identification for some odd reason. Completely unwilling to compromise and refused to get a manager. Pathetic.
