- SSSelenaOct 19, 20251.0I am a female business owner and a Wells Fargo customer who was treated very rudely. I made appointment to solve a wrong check need cancelation. First I did phone call, they customer service is frastrated no nothing finally trasfer me to finnancial department guy which is rude, push me to the position canceled my credit card account. Then cancelled all my credit card reword cash. They did fast without my exact confirm. After that, I made appointment to the midway farm branch bank. The beginning part talk with first lady is ok. Then a guy come without reason start talk to arguing can't let me finishing my explanation. I was get really upset and push to the edge again. They no intention to solve problems. I have to say sir, please don't arguing with me. If we can't solve problem I will close my account. Then they feel resolved. Hurry up start my closing process. I even tried call the check withdraw bank. The guy still can't stop his arguing words and push me finishing sign during my call and push me out. That is really rude and unprofessional. Their way for solving problems is knock out customer letting customer have problems and leaving.
- ACAndres ClaroOct 1, 20251.0The woman in customer service told me that I could continue using my account and money without any problem while I requested the new card since I had lost it, I literally told her that I would need to pay my rent and I shouldn't have any problems, she replied that I wouldn't have any problem, but to my surprise Today I can't pay the rent Thanks to the fact that this woman was not able to advise me correctly, now I have to wait for the new card to arrive in 7 days, it is a mediocre bank that cannot manage a simple card activation in its facilities.

- KWKris WinsJul 28, 20221.0Your workers lock the doors 15 minutes before close almost every day and what’s more annoying is this location is closed more often than they’re open. Just go to the other one down the road. It’s nicer and actually adheres to the hours posted on their doors.

I don’t understand how someone with zero people skills can be a manager. I waited for an hour for her to approve a payment she made me wait for no reason and she didn’t even apologized after she knew it was her fault. When I asked her why was she stopping my payment she just replied “I don’t know” and directed her attention to someone else.
