  Whatever review is here about ATM is completely right, I deposit $3480 to the ATM last night and $1000 is missing here. I check my online banking and it shows that I only deposit $2480!!! Isn’t crazy it’s not $1 $2 it’s $1000 please be carful and pay more attention to the ATM outside of this branch. Take receipt for your record and double check your money.

  There is 2 people no matter what. No one can help in the drive thru until the lobby clients have been serviced. On 12/23/25 at 1100am there were 16 plus people in line. I need to switch banks . No Capital One Cafe needed

  Im finally dropping Capital one since They went to Discover network. It’s been pure hell our card is not accepted at the airport. DFW or a lot of places I can’t get instant pay from my employees in the one that is the biggest killer is how are they not gonna accept instant pay from Apple Pay which is the world largest transfer platform.. I was stuck at the airport couldn’t pay for things.. I been a customer a long time.. and when I bring it up, I was told that they’re working on the larger corporations not us with a little money that transferred through little things🤣🤣 well Capital one was the best bank for me…

  Not a customer and never will be. I had a question about a check issued to me. Called what I thought was the branch closet to me. Nope I was put in touch with a 3rd world county phone service that was absolutely no help, very difficult to understand as they barely knew English. I was told that I needed to call the branch for help and she gave me the exact same number that I called. This is the type of customer service people need to run from. Support banks that hire American!
