DFW or a lot of places I can’t get instant pay from my employees in the one that is the biggest killer is how are they not gonna accept instant pay from Apple Pay which is the world largest transfer platform.. I was stuck at the airport couldn’t pay for things.. I been a customer a long time.. and when I bring it up, I was told that they’re working on the larger corporations not us with a little money that transferred through little things🤣🤣 well Capital one was the best bank for me…

Nope I was put in touch with a 3rd world county phone service that was absolutely no help, very difficult to understand as they barely knew English. I was told that I needed to call the branch for help and she gave me the exact same number that I called. This is the type of customer service people need to run from. Support banks that hire American!

I have been fighting the bank for two weeks now to get the money that the ATM stole from me. For the record, while I was on the line m for customer support. Another gentleman. came to use the ATM and it stole his money too. In addition, one of the tellers explained to me that they have been having a problem with this ATM. Sounds like scammed to me, please I beg of you DO NOT use their If you want to keep your money. EDIT: Customer service wants me to provide documentation that their own ATM machine stole money from me. What documentation can I provide if My payment and stole my money? They have the security footage, but they won’t review it How does that make any sense
