  Extremely rude every time I’ve come into the facility. Not willing to help or get an understanding, impersonal and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I closed every account I had. No customer should be treated in this manner.

  Policy or not; this Credit Union outlet is the worse. Easy deposit, most difficult access to fund. This Branch almost made me lose an urgent business opportunity on 7/10/25. I was in the AAFCU Euless Branch; 1st they told me I couldn’t withdraw cash (low ball), 2nd , to temporarily increase debit limit; I must step aside and call a number - Quite diabolical that the Bank you come to cannot do just what they are physically there to do (unfair burden forced on customer who already labored hard to make money). I called the number, was on hold for over 30min. On the verge of losing the business opportunity I needed cash for, I returned to counter. I was shrugged off by two unfriendly and unnecessarily straight-faced Caucasian and Hispanic Bank Teller; making me look like an anomaly or fraud. Then finally my call was answered; I stated amount I was withdrawing, I was unendingly drilled as to what I was using my money to buy (invasion of privacy), unknowing to me, they had dishonestly approved half of what I was withdrawing despite proper identification - then triggered Fraud Alert on me. I returned to in-bank ATM only to be denied access to other half of my withdrawal. I returned to Front Teller Desk of idle, lazy Tellers - watching me with indifference and disdain, except for the only African-American Bank Teller who took it upon her self to even hear my case, and began to make the call on my behalf (Surprisingly). This same bank cost me about $1700 in 2015 after they declined an airline ticket purchase due to being unfamiliar foreign ticketing vendor - which resulted in missed flight. Being a serviceman, I will never recommend this Credit Union to even an enemy. What kind of Credit Union does not have ZELLE? Ones who want to keep your fund for their use only apparently and also discriminate against people of color.

  Not sure why this credit union doesn’t have cash on premises. And why the first face you see is Security. Maybe this should be posted under frequently asked questions hmm? Seemed to have plenty workers??

  Surprisingly poor service,do not answer calls at any of the locations,focus on doing as little work as possible
