- OOonce again (oncemore)Jan 1, 20261.0BEWARE! Do not use this bank if you rely on using a debit card. The fraud protection they use is overly aggressive and constantly blocks attempts to use the card. I am closing this account as it is more trouble than it is worth. I feel sorry for someone with an empty tank of gas who pulls up to a gas pump and has to only rely on one of prosperity's debit cards. Good luck!

Some employees don’t seem fully familiar with protocols and procedures, which can make things confusing. I’ve often had to call customer service to get clarity. With some additional training and consistency, this branch could deliver the same great experience I’ve had at other Prosperity locations.
