Some employees don’t seem fully familiar with protocols and procedures, which can make things confusing. I’ve often had to call customer service to get clarity. With some additional training and consistency, this branch could deliver the same great experience I’ve had at other Prosperity locations.

- PCPhillip ChannardNov 27, 20241.0This location consistently offers poor customer service. They will not go an inch out of their way to navigate any situation if they are not in the mood. That said, they are typical of all their Ellis county branches. The branches I use in Dallas and Plano magically can perform, offer solutions, and assist with various situations that the Ennis, Waxahachie, and Red Oak locations are simply incapable of, or are plain unwilling to. I hope corporate does some serious training and house cleaning. This branch and the other Ellis county branches are comfortable treating 30 plus year customers like trash. Just unacceptable.
