- MNMiguel NunezAug 22, 20251.0Horrendous customer service experience, needed to make a wire transfer and needed assistance with it, waited a whole hour for them to open as they open kinda late at 9am then the teller was unable to assist and no appointments were available, I was approached with banker Andrea Castro who rather than assisting she told me I could do it myself on the app which is what I did not want as I did not want to make a mistake as it was a significant amount, she kept speaking over me and did not even listen at all to what I was saying and just told me there was no assistance available and I could do it by myself, what happened to the courtesy and availability of banks going completely online and employees refusing to assist and simply pushing you towards online services where mistakes could easily be made, wasted an hour and a half just to do the transfer on the app at their lobby and risk making mistakes on the process, I have still yet to find out if anything went wrong in the app process as availability for assistance is pretty much non existent
