- AGAshton GrahamAug 28, 20251.0I am disappointed and disgusted at the treatment I received from your Senior Premier Banker at the Wells Fargo Redd Rd location in El Paso, TX. I have been trying to close a business estate acct of my deceased father since the end of June and it's now almost September. Today the "Senior Premier Banker" finally returned my phone call (after numerous emails and phone calls) only to tell me she "just doesn't have the time to spend on the phone between customers with the legal dept" She proceeded to give me a number to the estate dept along with a reference number! She told me she may be able to meet with me week after next since she will be out of the office next week. I called the number it was the consumer legal dept. not the business legal dept. that I needed. Then after being transferred, I was informed that they had no record of the letter I had written dated June 23rd that the "Senior Premier Banker" from the Wells Fargo on Redd Road told me she had sent. Of course, the gentleman on the phone told me - you will need to go into a WF branch bank to have this acct. transferred! This is unacceptable customer service from your "Senior Premier Banker" that just didn't have time to call the legal dept.

Would be nice to know they can't accept coins. Maybe if they answer the phone it could save customers time. Who is managing this branch? With the amount of 1 stars from customers the higher up management needs to look into this.
