There was an older lady who was the teller, when I went up I asked if she could help me exchange a 20 that I got in the atm a couple days prior because it was missing part of the border and stores didn't want to take it. She said banks no longer take any ripped bills to go online. I felt defeated but decided to check the wells fargo near basset, there the young man who helped me kindly exchanged my bill and told me only mutilated bills cant be accepted but this bill was missing such a small piece on the edge that it was ok. He thanked me for being a customer for over 10 years. Next time I will just avoid this mesa location.

- JJJWSJun 12, 20211.0Unfortunately, I am a Wells Fargo client with personal and business accounts. This branch has an officious notary that snoops through affidavits. She does not understand the scope of responsibilities, as a notary, to an affidavit. Let's say you have an affidavit involving a vehicle in some way. The notary will insist she needs to see the vehicle (because of course, the vehicle is mentioned in the affidavit she snooped through), the title of the vehicle, ensure the color described in the affidavit is not off by a shade; maybe proof of insurance? Do not waste your time and effort using the "free" notary service at this branch.
