The automated system keeps saying that all bankers are currently busy and that someone will get back to me — but that never happens. I’m currently out of the country, and I urgently need to speak to someone from this branch. I even called Wells Fargo Support, but they told me the only way to resolve my issue is by contacting this specific branch directly, which is impossible if no one answers. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If you’re not going to pick up the phone or help your customers, at least provide an alternate way to get support. I’m very disappointed.
