- PLPati LaraDec 29, 20253.0I am giving this branch 3 stars due to inconsistent service. Casandra, my parents’ personal banker, is exceptional—always professional, patient, and helpful. She is the only staff member who consistently provides a positive experience. Unfortunately, interactions with the branch manager have been frustrating. The manager often takes an excessive amount of time, dominates conversations, and on one occasion asked my mother, “Can you speak English?”—which was inappropriate. Additionally, the branch refused to provide cash because my mom does not want a debit card, which was inconvenient and unnecessary. My mom rightly responded that of course she can, but she wasn’t speaking because the manager wouldn’t stop talking and had completely annoyed her. While Casandra’s service is excellent, the overall experience at this branch would benefit from improved professionalism, efficiency, and customer-focused policies.
