- BCBx nutrition ClubhouseOct 26, 20211.0*****Not this store**** Phone support I’d sharee U233 has had me on hold for now 30 plus minutes saying she waiting for a confirmation number…. She even tried to tell me to hang up and I can call back in to get the confirmation number when I’m trying to pay on an account! Who has Usaa hired ? They don’t know the policies I’ve been transferred atleast 4 times when the lady I spoke to an hr and a half ago before the phone got disconnected had me almost done I just had to give her a verbal yes and we got disconnected. This is insane I never want to deal with y’all again….. I’m still waiting and the only reason I’m waiting is because this is 1500$ that was suppose to be transferred that she stats is missing the confirmation.
