  I was offered a refinance by the assistant manager when I went to pay on my due date, I asked what did I need beforehand to refinance as i was going to return the next day, the assistant manager told me that all I needed was a proof of bank statement, recent bill that shows address, same references as I had used for previous loan. Next day approaches, I show up with my requested information, some other employee asks for me to sit down, I turned my proper information to the employee, starts with what seems to be a professional on the matter, then there was a mistake on their behalf on the paperwork, I was requested to sign again, the employee gets up to go to the manager, not the assistant, then I can sense something is not going right by the way i was seeing the back & forth conversation. I was waiting for the employee to come back to the cubicle & as soon as the employee saw me into the eyes I knew there was a suspicious matter going on. All I hear is sorry but we aren't able to help you out, I asked why, the response was you have credit but not the requested income, after all this time I get that excuse, I was very upset & I started telling them that if they knew that upfront why did they didn't say anything the day before, I could of avoided my time wasted on such bad experience. All I heard was "I'm sorry", which to me wasn't valid, I suggested that next time they plan to say you can refinance, to make sure you are at least notified beforehand that you are going to get to re apply or let you know what the process is going to be. After I clearly asked the prior day what did I need beforehand. Loss of my valuable time & lack of professionalism from that staff.
