He was very kind and took the time to explain to me in detail everything about the loan. He explain how strict they are about the payments (as any other business ) you sign that they can go ahead and visit you and request payment in cash if you don't notify them or actually do something about your payments. I have refinanced twice and thank goodness I am in a better position now. But if I ever need help again I will highly recommend Chris. Thank you Regional Finance.
- LTLeeAnn TApr 2, 20161.0If I could give a company zero stars it would be Regional Finance. They have always been sketchy but this incident really took things to a new level for me. Pay attention to the unethical almost fraudulent business practices. So I wrote a check to pay my bill but forgot to add the cents. Check was returned and a note was added that I needed to remit payment in cash or money order. Something along those lines. Which, ok, fine. I thought that was a bit extreme, they could have cashed the check and told me I still own then 35 cents...but I was willing to play ball. Not but two days go by, and some guy shows up at my house asking for payment IN CASH. A guy who couldn't provide proof he works for Regional Finance. No ID, nothing and he wants me to hand him money... uh NO! And, why on earth is he at my house! I was so angry. What kind of a business is this?! I never signed a contract stating they could come to my home. They gave me no time to rectify the situation! And to come to my house?! Asking for cash!! As if They are a very sketchy company. If you need money fast I would take your business somewhere else. These guys do not practice business in a very "legal" way.
