- AGALE GARCIANov 7, 20251.0I opened up a loan with this branch about 2 weeks ago, I went with them since they told me I could give principal payments with cash in the branch.Now that I try and give a payment they tell that’s not an option! And I call the main office and they say that was never an options so they lied horrible place to do business!!!!

- MAMychal ArredondoJun 20, 20251.0They need to be more cash payment friendly if they are going to charge you for making a payment with your debit card because they don't have money available to give change when someone pays with cash to avoid the almost 3 dollar surcharge for paying your bill. Shame and disgusting abuse of payment latitudes. Don't receipts normally have balances and number of payments for a payoff? Really disappointed.
