Crystal, Mary Ann, and the other ladies in the lobby are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to please customers. They are the face of Prosperity Bank in our small town, and do their jobs exceptionally well.
- MMMr MicOct 4, 20221.0I am a small business owner with an account at Prosperity Bank. I just completed a job and I went to pick up a check from a USDA office. USDA wrote the check out to my business and the client. So, the client and I the business owner showed up to the Prosperity bank in East Bernard, Texas. I was told by Crystal that I cannot deposit the check into my Small Business Account. I asked why and Crystal who is a manager there couldn't even give me a detailed answer as to why not. After I pressed her again as to why, she stated that two people's names cannot be on the check🤔🤨😑🤥. I'm at another bank now and they said that they can. I called Prosperity Bank in Sugarland, Texas and they said come tomorrow because we can do it. Stay away from East Bernard, Texas. I'll let you read between the lines folks. Terrible Terrible worst service ever and I'm a 21 year US Army active duty Soldier. Sad sad to say the least smh.
