  We've been loyal Wells Fargo customers for many years, but today's experience was by far one of the worst we've ever had at any branch. My wife went in for a simple cash withdrawal and was met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the teller. Rather than offering assistance, he acted as though helping her was an inconvenience. That level of disrespect and indifference is completely unacceptable--especially from a bank that claims to value customer relationships. Customer service should be the foundation of any business, yet this teller's behavior was the opposite of professional. There was no courtesy, no effort to resolve the situation, and certainly no sense of basic respect. Mt wife left feeling angry, humiliated and deeply disappointed. We will never return to that branch again. Fortunately, the newer Wells Fargo location across from Belterra Village on 290 has consistently provided us with courteous and efficient service--that's where we'll be taking all our business going forward.

  Would not recommend. The bankers refuse to help unless you have an appointment. The bank itself sends forms out to have the customer fill out for opening account online. If you don't bring all the forms mailed they refuse to take it because "we don't know why this was mailed and we don't what this form is for." Stick to small banks.

  Only good for quick, unimportant transactions. If you need to speak to someone about problems with an account that has unexplained services or the balances being wrong, then prepare to wait for hours. Our last visit would have required a 4 hour wait to speak with one of the actual bankers who can do anything regarding customer service. We left and called the service line instead. Wells Fargo wants everything to be moved online and by telephone call.

  Met with Banker Kyle Greer this morning to convert my checking account to one more suited to my specific needs. Like all the employees at this branch, he was patient, friendly, courteous AND helpful. He completely understood what I was looking for and I walked out with just what I needed. Thanks, Kyle!
