- CCCarlosDec 22, 20251.0This is the only bank we're your wait time is guaranteed to speak to someone you will wait over for ever .And on top of that I am here because they missed up on my account so now I half to "WAIT" my life AWAY just to get answers to fix my account. First thing on my list is to switch banks "Chase bank "Here I come for your the best customers service in the valley I've been told .

- NRNancy ReyesOct 10, 20251.0This bank is the worst bank I ever had. The atm eats your money. I put in over 500 dollars and the atm only credited me for 0.01 cent. The manager did notice for me. They said to call the 1-800 number. I requested information just so they can dismiss me with “the number is online” i ask them to at least help me submit a claim but they refused. I voiced my concerns about going over draft and late fee charges , which responded with “I understand your concerns but there’s nothing we can do.” Not mention the multiple time it’s also took my debit cards and never returned them. Do not go there.

Waited over an hour on a Thursday morning for someone to finally come up and ask if I had checked in and tried to get me to go online. I can't do the process I want online, and had already been to that location a couple of times to try and get this done. The check in process is also a joke, go to website then you have to agree to receive texts. There is an option that says you don't have to, but you have to speak to an attendant (there are none). Wells Fargo is just trash now. Also the admin staff don't even know how to use the ATM that gives out 1s.
