  My husband and I went to Plains Capital a few days ago to conduct banking business that took about 1 1/2 hours to complete. I had been putting off the task of going to the bank for several months because I suspected it was going to be daunting. Just the thought of what I needed to do at the bank gave me chills. My husband and I arrived and were promptly assisted by Ms. Ruby Fernandez who quickly put us but especially me at ease with her self-confidence, friendliness, and demeanor. Ms. Fernandez is a true representation of fantastic customer service with a smile at this bank. She handled our business with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for our concerns. Time flew quickly and we were done before we knew it. And it was all thanks to Ms. Fernandez who took such good care of us. I commend Plains Capital for ensuring customer needs are met by hiring staff who know exactly what to do when customers have complex tasks to handle. Working with Ms Fernandez was a joy.
