I went in to this branch on a Saturday and spoke with Kathy Cruz who was exceptionally helpful. Even though my home branch bank was closed, Kathy took my information and contacted my branch on Monday to expedite the transaction. I got a call from my branch on Monday morning to confirm that I wanted to close the CD and transfer the funds to checking. This was pretty effortless thanks to Kathy and her friendly professionalism. I was just passing through and she treated me like a valued customer.
