- KDKristina DakofMar 6, 20251.0I received my credit card, activated it, received my confirmation email that my card was activated. I go to use my card and it was denied. I called the bank, was hung up on. Called again and was given the fraud department. Apparently, my account was put on a hold for fraudulent activity. I was told it would take 24-48 hours to fix. After a WEEK of calling, I was told the bank closed out my credit card and would not do business with me again. I have EXCELLENT credit. I’ve never missed a payment on any card or loan. I wasn’t given a reason as to why this decision was made. This card was for my business to help support my family. I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone!!

She has helped me set up an account and also helped with a customer service issue. She is super focused and competent and made sure to completely help me with my issues both times I came into the bank.
