- DPDuran Firm Probate ParalegalOct 31, 20235.0Robert Mastin was referred to me as someone knowledgeable about Inherited IRAs. After going through the SECURE Act with me, he joined me on the phone with the financial institution to explain the situation and advocate for the process that would minimize the income taxes to the Estate and/or heirs. I had to set a phone appointment (don't let that scare your off as it was only a couple of hours out) but I was 20 minutes late. Robert could not have been nicer about it. Thus, if you are looking for an advisor to guide you through the minefield that is the SECURE Act, Robert is your guy.
