- ZLZachary LippelJun 4, 20255.0Had a great experience meeting with Isabella at Wells Fargo. She was extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. During the meeting, we closed our savings account, ordered new checks, and requested a new debit card. She also provided us with three temporary checks we can use while we wait for our checkbook to arrive in about 14 days. Isabella explained that credit cards can’t be closed in person, but she offered to help us get in touch with a better credit card representative if we run into any issues. Because of how kind, professional, and efficient she was, we’ve decided to keep our Wells Fargo checking account instead of moving it to Chase. If we have any problems in the future, we’ll be going directly to Isabella before reaching out to anyone else.

- JMJ. M.Jul 27, 20221.0Walked in at 915am to open an account. We were the only ones there. The personal banker refused to help us saying she was booked & we would need an appointment. Keep in mind she wasn't helping anyone b/c no one was there. That's cool, we literally just went to another bank!!
