She said I needed to call the credit card number, but turns out it was an issue with my checking account that she would have been able to assist with. She didn't listen to what I needed, she instead interrupted me and gave me snarky responses until I told her I was just going to leave since she clearly didn't want to be of assistance. If you don't want to help customers, don't work customer service.
