- AAAndrewMar 24, 20111.0I wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. The other day my girlfriend went in to this Wells Fargo. The gentleman or creep at the counter kept bugging her about why she banks at bank of america as well. He kept telling her that Wells Fargo is better and he knows and she knows it. Needless to say it was an unpleasant experience. BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER: Then she left. A couple hours later she got a text from some number she didn't know. Guess who?!?!?! The creep bank teller went onto her account and get her cell phone number and started to text her. He crossed a line of professionalism and trust. I called the Wells Fargo the next day and complained. They said they'd handle it but wouldn't let us know if he was being fired. They also said it was he said she said. They acted like half the stuff we said was a lie. I went up and showed them the text(s) and they still were acting the same. This place is beyond unprofessional. My girlfriend is a young beautiful college girl at UNT. If you are a female think twice before banking at this branch. I don't know if the creep is being fired or not. They won't let us know. They are acting like they don't care.
