- MCMatthew CraigDec 26, 20251.0Linda D Nelson (or D.D.) is the WORST bank assistant I have ever met. She was consistently questioning my international student status and how my passport wasn't sufficient enough for opening bank account, which was NOT informed before coming in appointment. And she let me come again with new appointment, questioning if my bank statement was valid, and lied to me that she told me to bring I-20, which she didn't. She kept asking me to bring it again with new appointment, and after asking her if I can talk to the manager, she lied again that there is no manager and she is in charge of the whole bank. This should have been the simplest to open up the bank account and it is the wierdest experience I have ever had!
