  Nathan helped me get a money market account and was thorough and helpful. I’ve always had a great experience at DATCU and have used them for several accounts and even used them for my last mortgage…HIGHLY recommend!!

  I step in the branch for the first time yesterday and 2 of there employees really made my day They both young one is Jaylon and Kennedy Is a short time they help me with all my questions and they both went the extra 5 miles to make sure I was taken care of Thank you both and keep up the excellent work ethic Again you both made my there and now I am glad to be part of your bank:)

  I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with DATCU. I understand that issues can happen, but speaking with Liz made the situation significantly worse. She was unhelpful, lacked empathy, and made an already frustrating situation unbearable. On top of that, DATCU’s lack of communication with third-party companies resulted in me being blindsided by an additional $300 in fees, after already being charged $500. This kind of surprise billing and poor service is unacceptable. I expected more from a credit union. Extremely disappointed.

  I was scammed over Zelle last night by a buyer on Facebook marketplace. I approved a transaction and then learned it was a scam. I notified fraud prevention department and they told me there was nothing they could do. After ending the call I decided to call back to speak to a manager at 9:20 pm our time. I called back and spoke to Lory in the same department located in the Philippines and was put on hold for 25 minutes. She came back on the line after the hold told me the managers were ALL in a meeting. I told them that I needed to speak to one of them now and she put me on hold another 10 minutes or so and then came back and told me that neither of the managers were able to leave their meeting to speak with me. So I asked her what to do and she told me to dispute the charge and transferred me to somewhere where the phone did not ring and I was not able to speak to anyone. It was just silence. Last month, I had an issue with this exact location where their system was down and my paycheck was delayed by nearly half a day and once again I was told to wait. I will be contacting their regulatory agency and filing a complaint. Once I find out who that is I will post that information right here so you can file your complaint as well. This company has lost my business.
