She was unhelpful, lacked empathy, and made an already frustrating situation unbearable. On top of that, DATCU’s lack of communication with third-party companies resulted in me being blindsided by an additional $300 in fees, after already being charged $500. This kind of surprise billing and poor service is unacceptable. I expected more from a credit union. Extremely disappointed.
