It definitely seemed as if she was having a bad day…. After sitting with her for 10 mins while she complained … I explained I was in a hurry and could we skip the chit chat …. She then told me she couldn’t proceed if I was going to be rude…. Hello we are not friends, we are in the middle of Covid… I would like to limit amount of time and only speak when necessary…. You have my money in your bank, you can’t get your feelings hurt and deny my access to my money….. For this experience, you Ms Carbajal deserve 1 star….
