I was able to share with her my long time membership and how I lost my seniority due to a unknown membership change while I was out of state working as a contractor in the Oil and Gas Industry which hendered my ability to remain in compliance. She was amazed that I still remembered my account number from when I originally opened my account in 1997. She is going to pass my concern onto others that may be able to redeem my seniority.
