- CAchris archie5 days ago5.0Mrs Ruckman is the greatest! I really felt like I had her undivided attention and she was able to sympathize with me and my concerns. I was able to share with her my long time membership and how I lost my seniority due to a unknown membership change while I was out of state working as a contractor in the Oil and Gas Industry which hendered my ability to remain in compliance. She was amazed that I still remembered my account number from when I originally opened my account in 1997. She is going to pass my concern onto others that may be able to redeem my seniority. Thank you for the pleasure of meeting you!!!!!
