- DTDennis TrussellJun 6, 20221.0Leaving 1 Star because it doesnt give an option for a 0...this Bank is not good for the elderly...they are really good at taking ones money without notification or prediscussing with accountholder as to why that theyre going to do so. They blame it on the fact that all info is online to view but they dont take into consideration alot of the elderly arent technologically saavy to do online statements or accounts. These people need to be run out of the banking business altogether. Im severly frustrated because I had hoped to return to using them when I come back home...but not anymore and I plan on warning all of my family members & Associates.

Here lately Wells Fargo has only been interested in shutting down locations and not helping customers. I completely can't understand why they've been shutting down all the all the atm's especially the one on 51. It's an established banking location that's still open and yet they've got the atm there that you cant get cash at. Make no since at all.
