- JSJake SprongNov 29, 20251.0Not much to say, other than a horrible experience. Walked in with Cash in hand, was told to make an appointment, to set up a simple checking account for my son. His first account! If Wells Fargo was interested in Growth, they would figure out, how to handle walk ins! If a customer is willing to wait, you see that customer before closing the bank for the day. Not make them wait, and say sorry, we have to close on time,you will need to schedule an appointment. No excuse for a bank not to take money at anytime, period. Truly, Customer Serivce Starts with the extra mile, employees, management, and ownership willing to do everything possible, to make the Client, feel heard and accommodated.
