Went to open a business account and wasn’t able to because I didn’t have a “bill” or lease agreement for my business address in Montana which was opened with a registered agent. (Iykyk) And the lease agreement I have in Dallas is in my other businesses name. Literally had all the info for my business formation but Anton and the manager couldn’t figure out how to do their jobs so I am taking my deposit back home. You’re not gonna give me a hard time when I’m trying to give you my money. Craziness.
- JJJeffMar 2, 20181.0I have significant funds and securities with this bank. I have a recorded call where the branch manager refused to give me the contact information for the district manager. Loan officers at this bank were unable to provide a rate for borrowing funds for any use, even for buying a car...even if such loan was secured against my own funds or a pledged CD. They only could accept an application and forward it to another location for processing which could take an unknown amount of time. Branch manager Caesar was disinterested in providing any help or providing me the contact information I requested. I will be transferring a major part of my business , perhaps all in the coming weeks. Update: Talked with DM. Wells Fargo doesn't have anyone in the entire DFW metroplex with lending authority, even when the loan amount is secured with 10 times the loan amount in cash held by Wells Fargo.
