- BOBeca OlivaDec 22, 20171.0Called asking for an appointment. The name of the person who answered is Emmanuel. He was really rude. Hang up on me twice. For working in a bank it seems like he does not have any customer service skills, since he was acting like he was doing a me a favor responding my questions. We were trying to make an appointment to open an account and this experience now really made me think about it twice. I know there must be more tellers than him there, but after receiving such a bad service over the phone is hard to be encouraged to go there in person. Hopefully he can understand his attitude is not the appropriate to deal with customers.

- WLWilliam Pablo LuisAug 16, 20145.0I went in to re-open an account they took care of the balance on my closed account, they acknowledged the fact that their fee overdraft my account Jr Acosta was really nice and professional on the phone and in person. He went out of his way to make sure i was taken care of. My 3 kids all under 5 accompanied me on my visit and even they liked being there. Its unfortunate of the restrictions on my account wich means i can only deposit at the branch versus the atm but being how nice and polite i was treated i dont mind going in at all.
