    Worse location , one person a head of me and it’s been 20 min to deposit a check the manager walk not caring , get new management and more customers services employees.

    Absolutely horrible. You come in and wait 45 minutes just to get a damn money order because there’s only 1 damn teller at the counter and they don’t know what the hell they’re doing! It took 45 minutes to get through 5 people!!! Time to go somewhere else!

    Don't bother banking with this bank. I literally stood in line for 30 mins while Jeana took care of the line alone. Manager Paul is sitting on his butt in the office the whole time instead of helping the line. They have ppl parked in the ATM parking spaces so you have to go inside, eventhough security is right inside with cameras. They charge you $35 each day that your account is negative and that will add up. You get charged monthly if your checking doesn't have $500 in it or deposited monthly. I hope upper management sees this, as a valued customer of 10+ years, I'm fed up. My account should have never been changed to new account rules. I'm looking into different banks, and you should too. No se molesten en operar en este banco. Literalmente hice fila durante 30 minutos mientras Jeana atendía sola. El gerente, Paul, está sentado en la oficina todo el tiempo en lugar de ayudar a la fila. Tienen gente estacionada en los cajeros automáticos, así que hay que entrar, aunque hay seguridad dentro con cámaras. Te cobran $35 por cada día que tu cuenta esté en negativo, y eso se acumula. Te cobran mensualmente si tu cuenta corriente no tiene $500 o no se deposita mensualmente. Espero que la gerencia lo entienda; como cliente valioso de más de 10 años, estoy harto. Mi cuenta nunca debería haber cambiado a las nuevas reglas. Estoy buscando otros bancos, y tú también deberías.

    WELLS FARGO HAS BEEN THE BEST BANK AND HAS SOME OF THE BEST EMPLOYEES. I AM CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH A VERY DIFFICULT AND PERSONAL TIME IN MY LIFE AND MELISSA AND GABBY B. WERE THERE FOR ME TO AND WERE ABLE TO BRING AND LITTLE LIGHT TO MY DAY. BOTH MELISSA AND GABBY B. BOTH WELCOMED ME INTO THERE BANK BRANCH ANF MADE ME FEEL LIKE A PART THE WELLS FARGO FAMILY.
