- TDTrusted Media DigitalJul 29, 20251.0I have been banking with Wells Fargo for several years and this is the worst location there's no restroom for their customers they expect you to walk across the street to use the restroom right in the middle of transaction this is poor no regrets for customer satisfaction. They even make suggestions that you can go to the next business and use the restroom, including Taco Bells. I see if they will welcome the opposite.

I went there to get an order of protection notarized, takes them a total of 2 min to do this. I understand they now have by apt only for in bank services. I explained to the manager what my emergency situation was for a DOMESTIC VIOLENCE order of protection and he told me had no body that was free, while looking at his workers on the floor just standing around. One of his ppl said they can't b/c they have a 3 o'clock apt it was 245 as i told them it only takes a few min and i need this done they all turned there backs and walked away. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with ppl who care so little about their customers or ppl in general.
