- RLRubén LealJul 7, 20162.0I have been customer since 2010, I'm happy in general with Wells Fargo but this facility in special is kind of not supporting. First two times I went there they were very nice. But the last 2 times I went with the same person and she didn't help me in anything. The lady was very educated and nice but she was not able to help me, I wanted to change my address and apply for a credit card. She asked me for an ID and I showed her my Texas ID, it expired this month and was not valid for address changing so I though, "Ok, reasonable excuse". But then I told her, "I have a secured credit card, I would like to apply for the unsecured one" she asked me about my SSN and told me that I should apply in the future and not now. I told her, "I have credit already in other stores and Capital One just offered me a credit card too, I think I will go with them then", she just smiled and say "Ok, have a nice day". This is a bad image for this facility and the bank itself.
