Why is it that everything in the southern sector of Dallas Oakcliff area? It’s always an issue. I have problems with that. I can go in any other area in another type of neighborhood north of Dallas PLANO Richardson never have an issue, but why is it in our southern sector? Things can never ever ever be the way that it’s supposed to we don’t have this. We don’t have that this is ridiculous. Not to mention. Bring back the fact that the banking close at 6 o’clock cause everybody don’t get off at five again this is ridiculous

Since most banks now require you to make an appt, wondering if drive-thru service is another transaction going online or "you can come inside to us" type mentality. Where has customer service gone?
- BLBethany LoganApr 19, 20211.0This is literally the slowest bank in the world. It takes me an hour most days just to do my daily deposit for my job. It is insane how long it takes them per car. Sometimes the line will be 15 cars long. To the point where police are handing out deposit slips.
