    Went there to open a credit card to transfer my current credit card balance with Wells Fargo. I was told that I would have to come back the next day and set an appointment as they only had one banker. I sat and got information from the manager in which he said that I could transfer the balance from my current credit card over to the new one, so I made an appointment for the next day. Went the next day to open the credit card and they didn’t transfer the balance over, so I called all the rest of the day trying to get ahold of the banker that helped me, once I finally did she said I could call the credit card dept. and they would be able to do that balance transfer for me, so I had to call the very next morning just to be told that you couldn’t do that. I felt scammed and taken advantage of. These people don’t know what they are doing and don’t care about your time. I subsequently closed the new card and will be reaching out to their district manager about the matter and moving my account and opening a new card with another bank. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    my husband and I received the best customer service here. pahola was extremely helpful, kind and patient, she spent a lot of time helping us while also taking care of other customers.

    Do NOT GOto this location if you have something to do , it seems as if the tellers purposely move slow as possible intentionally ... They have NO SENSE of urgency and it’s shows Corporate/Management needs to see about this location Wells Fargo can’t know this is being ran in such way!!!
