  Preston/Frankfort location AVOID at all cost. Go into this bank happy with one single transaction (cash a check -- yes from my own WF account) and leave angry and dismayed at the sheer stupidity of this branch. No drive thru. No staffing! No service. No one at lunch. Two people on duty @2pm. Not an accident. According to this employee, this staffing was by design. Not a one-off -- BY DESIGN. She described this bank as fully staff!! what a joke unless you enjoy wasting 20+ mins when you are the only other person in line. Won't happen again.

  I just don’t know why they would accept a print out of a check but not use their printer for my check to deposit

  Im a Finance Mgr for a local dealership that has a account with this wells fargo branch, and because its close to our store I stopped in to cash my payroll check that was written on this wells fargo branch. I had the worst banking experience in my life starting with the young hispanic teller that greeted me when i came in while he was eating breakfast behind the counter.. lol how unprofessional wiping his mouth while attempting to count money! My owner has a account at that branch about 10 I think, hmmm and the hispanic male teller asked if I had a account with them and I said no, then due to me not having a account with them he informed me to take a seat that he would have to get a managers approval. I stood and waited and when the manager Nickalaus freed up I asked him if making a customer wait intentionally was protocall and he informed me it was. So he called my owner and asked him if he has written this small check to me and my owner said yes to cash it! Nickolaus said the delay process was instrumental in encouraging people to open a account with them. I strongly disagreed and explained to him Im liscensed in Fianance and find this process of this branch very disencouraging and demeaning.. I also informed him that after going through this lengthy very non customer friendly process that I or anyone else you put through this ridicule would never open a account here. So after finishing up with the Mgr Nickolaus he informed me to take the check back to the young hispanic male teller after 20 minutes of very poor customer service I gave the check back to the teller after he finished wiping his mouth with his hands stuffing food into it and he proceeded to put my drivers liscense and credit card behind the counter and count me out 900.00 in twenties, another form of poor customer service... I asked him if he could give me some hundred dollar bills and he informed me those were for his customers! I said to him I just paid you 7.50 to cash my check does this mean Im not a customer... ? He didnt have anything to say about that... Then as I proceeded out the door he raised my drivers liscense and credit card reminding me he had it behind the counter.. If it wast due to being across the street from where i work i would have never gone there!! Im a Liscensed Automotive Finance Mgr. and truly recognize this institution from the meet and greet to walking out the door as the very rudest and most unprofessional banking experience I have ever encountered in 55 yrs... I will not only never go in there but will never recommend this wells fargo branch to anyone EVER....
