  I like the employees at this location, always nice and respectable to me. The wait is downright disrespectful. There’s no way it should take an hour to get a money order. It’s quite consistent, I’m never out of this location at a decent time. I’m trying to understand why there isn’t anyone working this location where customers don’t have to wait hours to get seen by the teller. Just close already so we can at least go to a location where the wait isn’t as bad..

  Title: Extremely Frustrated with Wire Transfer Refund Handling I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I initiated a wire transfer that needed to be reversed, and what should have been a straightforward refund turned into an exhausting and drawn-out ordeal. The process lacked transparency from start to finish. I was given inconsistent information every time I called, with different representatives telling me different timelines and procedures. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clear accountability or urgency shown in resolving the matter. For a bank of Wells Fargo’s size and reputation, I expected professionalism, efficiency, and at the very least, proactive communication. Instead, I had to chase updates for weeks, only to be met with vague responses and no real resolution until far later than reasonable. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in Wells Fargo’s ability to handle customer funds responsibly. If you’re considering them for wire transfers or other important transactions, I would strongly urge caution.

  One person working the front nobody working the drive thru. Workers are just standing around.

  Bank is "temporarily closed" and only way to do a transaction is to use drive through window. Using drive through window is pain. There is no "ATM pad" to authenticate my ID. I had to hand over my ATM card and DL into secure drawer. Also had to fill out a deposit slip to get money (I was surprised those slips still exist). When my biz was completed, I asked teller when the lobby would be open again. She said that won't happen until bank hires a bank manager.

  Do NOT go to this branch. There is no urgency or sense of customer service. Employees will watch you as you wait and not make any attempt whatsoever to service customers standing in line. There are much better WF branches in the area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
