Her personability and lively conversation were just icing on the cake. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant, actually. For my first experience with Wells Fargo, I'm very impressed; especially with A'ngelay's professionalism.
- EJeric feldt jrOct 11, 20251.0Read their response, it's been 4 weeks and no one bothered to contact me. WARNING to everyone that deals with this company. They illegally foreclosed on my home in 2010. I found out years later that the sheriff sale had been rescinded the day of the sale. They took possession illegally, probably lost my paperwork from all the mortgage swaps at the time. To make it even worse, they offered me a loan modification after they took possession with terms that would have actually worked earlier in the process. When I tried several times to get a loan modification to be proactive, they would offer these ridiculous numbers that just didn't help my situation. Here's the icing on the cake....my credit union ran my credit one day and shows me that my mortgage shows that it was paid in full. I have documentation for all of this.

These people cancelled more debit card without my consent on a charge that I knew was mine and representative and next level gave me the wrong date. And they did due another card. I ended up going in a local bank to find out a new card was never issued after I spoke with a claims representative 30 minutes before who said she issued a card. Also you have to make an appointment to speak to someone In the bank about concerns that takes a week or more. I have had all kind of problems with them wrong transactions date you name it.
- DJD JJan 4, 20211.0Remediation. I’ve been going back and forth regarding a payment that’s owed to me from Wells Fargo taking money that wasn’t owed. And this has been ongoing since September 16, 2020. I’ve called so many times I’ve lost count. I’m constantly being told that it takes up to 30 days to process my request. But 30 days have come and gone and they still have not given me the money they OWE ME through their fault and absolutely no fault of my own. They are so quick to take our money but when it comes to doing the right thing and giving it back, look how long it takes. And to even think I considered going back to Wells Fargo, now I see why I never did. Sadly the system doesn’t allow me to give a zero, which is so deserved.
