- SSSEKSep 6, 20251.0They have a competency issue! I deposited a cashiers check inside the branch vs doing a mobile deposit & was prompted to use my debit card which is linked to a ten year old business account. That was where the check needed to go. When I left I checked online & noticed there was no record of the transaction. Called the 800 number to find they had deposited the 15k check into my disabled brother’s bank account (low monthly avg & his name wasn’t on the check!), so now all the funds won’t be released immediately as it should have been. That was the whole point of a cashiers check. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
